Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Oracle EBS to support and enhance Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL) processes. This role emphasizes AR with additional expertise in cash management, purchasing, and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize AR, AP, and GL processes to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead data migration efforts, including writing and executing PL/SQL queries as needed.
- Design and develop OTBI and BIP reports ranging from low to medium complexity.
- Provide technical support and expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and VBCS on PAAS platforms.
- Configure systems to meet business needs and offer strategic recommendations to stakeholders for process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration and workflow through system configuration and technical troubleshooting.
- Work with stakeholders to validate data accuracy, produce reports, and address system or process issues.
Qualifications/Skills
- 5+ years of technical Oracle experience. • 2-4 years of Oracle EBS modules leadership experience.
- Strong experience in AR, with additional knowledge of cash management and purchasing processes. Technical expertise in SQL, data migration, OTBI/BIP report writing, and OIC/VBCS integrations.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud applications (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud).
- Experience with Oracle middleware technologies (e.g., Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Data Integrator).
- Knowledge of Agile or other project management methodologies.
- Experience with Oracle performance tuning and optimization techniques
- Proven ability to configure systems and provide actionable suggestions to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
